Pilates

Our private Pilates area and expert instructors welcome students at all levels. A combination of Pilates styles and apparatus are used to provide exhilarating and efficient bodily transformation.

Hybrid Pilates and resistance training compliments physical structure by increasing muscle toning around a lengthened, aligned and stronger core.

Individual, duo and trio sessions may be scheduled at your convenience.

Massage

Massage restores proper alignment through deep myofascial release and postural awareness, allowing you to begin your journey to a pain free sustainable physique.

INLINE’s multi-disciplinary approach allows this bodywork, lengthened resistance training, Pilates and Yoga to become powerful mechanisms in the search for your physical equilibrium.

Massage services are provided by Lena Westre Denison, LMT. She offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Pre-Natal and Japanese Facial Massage.
